Implementation

On 26 November 2014, the EU Article 29 Data Protection Working Party published guidelines on how the decision should be implemented. Google published the report of its advisory committee on how the decision should be implemented on February 5, 2015. Their advisory committee also includes Luciano Florida Professor of Philosophy and Information Ethics at the University of Oxford , Frank La Rue derecho al olvido.

Who worked as the UN Special Rapporteur on the Promotion and Protection of the Right to Freedom of Opinion and Expression from August 2008 to August 2014 and Jimmy Wales , the founder of Wikipedia. The committee recommended that only national links be removed, not global links, and that publishers be notified of removals and have the right to challenge them.

On February 7, 2015 , Amjad reported that Isabelle Falque-Pierrotin  [ fry ] , chair of the Article 29 Working Group , has warned Google of legal action if it does not heed its warnings about how Google controls the regulation. The group wants Google to stop notifying publishers and remove its links globally.
